Credits are the unit Veo Omni uses to price video and image generation. Different output types, models, and resolutions can cost different amounts. Your dashboard shows the exact price before you hit Generate.
Monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. One-time Credit Pack credits stay valid for 12 months from purchase and stack on top of subscription credits.
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access (and any remaining credits) until then. No cancellation fees, no "are you sure" forms.
If a generation fails on our side, the credits are auto-refunded to your account within minutes. For subscription refunds: contact support within 7 days of a charge if you haven't used a meaningful share of the credits — we'll work it out.
Paid plans are designed for clean creative workflows and saved output history. Always review the active model and provider terms for final commercial-use rules.

The Studio plan covers small teams, shared workflow needs, higher generation capacity, and advanced creative operations.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle so you don't lose paid-for credits.
